If you are totally lost as to what this site is, you may read the following and be very much informed.
This is a forum created for the Collins Hill High School Creative Writing Club. The hosts at the school are the wonderful Ms Lawrence and Mr. Hutcheson. This is the first year that this school has had a club of this subject and, so far, it has gone very well. This site has been created in the hopes of including many more in our club; those who can't join in due to schedule conflicts, those who can't make every meeting, and those who are in need of pursusion. It is also made in the hopes of improving the communication between club members and sponsers.
Along with this handy dandy communication aid, other threads have been added. There are different threads for different topics. If you read the short description under the title of each thread, you can get a brief idea of what the thread is intended for. If you click on the thread, there will be a post, just like this one, with a lengthier explination of the thread's point.
If ever you feel lost, feel free to mesage me, post a topic in the "HELP!" thread, message Hutch or Ms. Lawrence, or approach me during school. I will be more then willing to help. Sites like these can be confusing at times but they are very easy to pick up on.
Now, once you have read the above paragraphs, you are more the suited to begin. If you look at the top of your screen, there a link side-by-side that says "sign in/register". If you click 'register', you can sign up for the site, making your own user name. With this user name, you can upload an avatar (like the ballerina one seen under my name) and make a signiture for your username.
Once you have made a username, you will have access to every thread on the site. You can post anywhere without a nasty message popping up that says, "I'm sorry, you must be registered to post on this thread".
With this, I set you free. Have fun and enjoy exploring the site!
(A side note, I locked this thread-meaning you can't comment on this. If you'd like help, post in the 'HELP!" thread).
